Reservations and Payment
- A confirmed booking requires accurate information and payment through the official bank details provided by the hotel.
- Payments made through third parties or unauthorized channels will not be accepted at check-in.
- Full payment must be made before check-in unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Time: From 2:00 PM.
- Check-Out Time: By 12:00 Noon.
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Refundable bookings can be canceled for a full refund up to 48 hours before check-in date.
- Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must provide valid identification upon check-in.
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property during their stay. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
- Smoking, illegal activities, or any behavior causing disturbances are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
